Peteché A.B. Mitchell is a member of our litigation practice group which represents ultra-high-net-worth clients and multi-national companies in a wide array of contentious trust, commercial, corporate fraud and family law disputes. Throughout her practice as counsel and attorney-at-law, Peteché has served as a junior marshal for the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Bahamas Bar Association (2021 – 2025) and as a Council Member of the Bahamas Pharmacy Council (2022 – 2026).
Prior to attaining pupillage at McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes, Peteché obtained international legal experience marshalling Mrs. Justice Lieven in the Family Division of the English High Court and obtained mini-pupillages at 1 GC (London, UK) and Stour Chambers (Kent, UK).
Outside of work Peteche is an avid foodie who enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her husband, daughter and mom. She loves travelling, boating, dancing, painting and all things wellness, especially weight lifting and pilates.
