Alicia is an associate of the firm, specializing in commercial and civil litigation. She began her legal studies at the College of The Bahamas (as it then was) where she obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Law and Criminal Justice. She then attended the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Business in 2014 and subsequently completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City University in 2015.
Alicia was called to the Bar of England & Wales and the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in 2015. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple Inn.
Alicia obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in International Dispute Resolution, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and a Master of Laws Degree in Maritime Law.
Alicia was formerly employed at the Office of the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas where she specialized in matters involving international legal cooperation, human rights and civil litigation.
Alicia subscribes to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, and she is known for her competence and efficiency in achieving favorable results.
In her spare time, Alicia enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
