Our Competition Law practice group has represented both clients involved in electronic communications as well as the Regulator of the industry. Our advice enables clients to meet their commercial and statutory objectives while complying with the rules of fair competition. We have represented clients in regulatory hearings and in court proceedings brought against competitors engaged in anti-competitive practices as well as represented the Regulator in appellate proceedings brought against it.
