DéVaughn F. A. Rolle is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. He attended the College of The Bahamas (now University of The Bahamas), where he obtained his Associate of Arts Degree in Law and Criminal Justice. Following this accomplishment, he transitioned into the University of The West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours in May 2020.
DéVaughn completed his legal education at the Eugene Dupuch Law School where he obtained his Legal Education Certificate and earned several prestigious awards. He was formally called to The Bahamas Bar in November 2022 and shortly thereafter, he joined the Chambers of Messrs. McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes.

- The Eugene Dupuch Law School Tara Xavier Hepburn Memorial Prize for Best All-Around Student, 2022: The student who has achieved passing grades over the two years of study, is involved in extra-curricular activities, exemplifies community spirit and displays leadership qualities;
- The Joseph B. Lewis Prize for Best Performing Male Student in Year II, 2022: Best Performing male student at The Eugene Dupuch Law School;
- The Wayne Munroe, Q.C., M.P. Prize for Best Performing Year 1 Student in Criminal Practice & Procedure;
- Served as Chief Chancellor of the Law Society at the College of The Bahamas (now University of The Bahamas);
- Served as Year II Student Representative of the Law Faculty at the University of The West Indies Cave Hill Campus;
- Member of the Environmental and Criminal Law Clinics at The Eugene Dupuch Law School
- Co-authored an article in The Eugene Dupuch Law School Publication: The Verdict intended to Highlight the Impact of Covid-19 on Educators and students in The Bahamas
