Aisha Ferguson is the Resident Managing Partner at the Freeport office of the firm, which is located on the Island of Grand Bahama. Committed to providing her clients with effective legal strategies and solutions, Aisha specializes in litigation, dispute resolution, and commercial matters.

Aisha obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Business Finance from the University of Buckingham, England before being admitted to the English Bar in July 2006. She was called to The Bahamas Bar in September of 2006.

A tenacious advocate of her clients, Aisha is resourceful and ensures that every client receives the premium service that has come to be expected of the firm. Honesty and integrity are important values that Aisha works hard to uphold, and she values the client relationships which she has developed over
the years. She prioritizes concluding client matters within a reasonable time period and is proactive in her approach to every single case.

As a life-long resident of Freeport, Aisha has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the business and commercial platform of the local community. This expertise is what makes her the ideal partner to oversee the firm’s practice in the Northern Region of The Bahamas.

Family and community are important aspects of Aisha’s life. When not in the office, she is frequently engaged in activities to help others in the community.
Aisha is the current President of the Federation of Female Lawyers (F.I.D.A.) Grand Bahama Chapter.

The international non-governmental organization’s mandate involves promoting the welfare of women and children.
