Timothy Eneas joined the firm in 2000 and initially was engaged in a general commercial
practice involving conveyancing and other transactional matters. He is now attached to
the Litigation Department practicing in commercial, corporate, trust and real estate
litigation.
Mr. Eneas graduated from Boston University, Massachusetts, United States of America,
where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. He subsequently received a
Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B., Hons.) from the University of Reading in England
following which he attended the Eugene Dupuch Law School in the Bahamas, where he
received a Legal Education Certificate and was honoured for excellence in his final year.
Mr. Eneas was admitted to The Bahamas Bar in 2000.
