Sean Moree joined McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes in 2005 as an Associate in the
Litigation Department.
In 2002 Mr. Moree obtained his LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of
Nottingham, England, U.K. and subsequently in 2003 he was admitted to the Bar of
England and Wales as a Member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. In October
of 2003 Mr. Moree was called to the Bahamas Bar.
Mr. Moree thereafter pursued his legal studies in the United States of America at Wake
Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where in 2004 he obtained his
LL.M. in International Civil Litigation. Before returning to the Bahamas to practise law,
Mr. Moree clerked for Supreme Court Justice Ben Tennille in the North Carolina
Business Court for a period of one year.
Mr. Moree is primarily involved in civil and commercial litigation.
