Justine Cleare joined McKinney, Bancroft and Hughes in October 2006 as an Associate in the Litigation Department
Miss Cleare works primarily in the following practice areas;
Civil & Commercial Litigation, Banking Law, Employment Law and Family Law.
Upon completing her secondary education at Havergal College, Toronto, Canada, Miss Cleare received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from The University of Western Ontario, in London Ontario. After which she received a Bachelor in Laws (Hons) from The University of Reading, England and completed her Bar Vocational Course at BPP Professional Education Law School in London.
Miss Cleare was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales on July 26th, 2005 and to the Bahamas Bar on September, 30th 2005. In September 2006 Miss Cleare received her Masters of Laws from Queen Mary, University of London where her focus of study was International and Comparative Offshore Trust Jurisdictions.
She is a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and the Bahamas Bar Association. |
