Andrew Smith joined McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes in October 2008 and works primarily in the areas of Trust & Private Client, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Corporate & Commercial and Financial Services & Regulation

Upon completing his secondary education at The Bolles School, Jacksonville, Florida, Mr Smith received a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B., Hons.) from The University of Buckingham, England and completed his Bar Vocational Course at University of the West of England (UWE) in Bristol, England.

He was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales on July 23rd, 2009 and called to the Bahamas Bar on August 7th, 2009.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and the Bahamas Bar Association.
