Ms. Bianca Beneby was called to the Bar of England and Wales on 24th July 2008 and to the Bahamas Bar on 26th September 2008. Prior to commencing her legal studies, Ms. Beneby obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from the College of the Bahamas in 2001. She is also a graduate of Dalhousie University, Canada where she obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Biology in 2004. Following her studies in Canada, Ms. Beneby attended the University of Bristol graduating in 2006 with a Master of Arts (MA) in Legal Studies.
She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and completed her Bar Vocational Course at BPP Professional Education Law School in London. Ms. Beneby also obtained an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London graduating with Merit in 2008. Her areas of interest include Intellectual Property, Trusts, International Trade, Environment Law, Corporate and Commercial Law.
