Mr. Liddell is a Partner of the Firm practising in the Litigation Department. He was educated in the United Kingdom and joined the firm in 1983 after his call to the Bar in England and The Bahamas. He is a senior member of the firm's prestigious litigation department. His principal area of practice is in commercial litigation specialising in admiralty, insolvency, trust, private international and land law.

Mr. Liddell also has a substantial conveyancing practice and advises clients on structuring business and asset protection vehicles, utilising Bahamian corporations, trusts, segregated cell companies and family foundations.
