David F. Allen is an Associate of the firm currently practising in the Conveyancing and Corporate Department of the Firm. He works in collaboration with Mr. Hartis E. Pinder.

Mr. Allen received a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the United Kingdom and completed the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School. In 2003 he was admitted to the English Bar as a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and subsequently in that year also called to the Bahamas Bar.

He received a Master of Laws Degree in International Comparative Business Law from London Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. He also holds a BA from Emory University.

Mr. Allen has experience in Litigation, Corporate Law, Conveyancing, Trusts and Banking Law.
